From 27 September 2026, this will become even clearer, thanks to a new common EU label known as the harmonised label, in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation 2025/1960.
The harmonised label is a new, common EU label that provides a commercial guarantee covering the entire product for more than two years.
The label is there for you. It consolidates your rights as a consumer, so you always know what you are entitled to and what you can do if, contrary to expectations, something does not live up to what was agreed.
With the harmonised label, you as a consumer can quickly see:
