Bungalow makeover

Take a look inside this classic villa from the 1960s where the architects 'cultivated' the large windows and the functionality of the interior design. Despite the age of the house, it is bright and welcoming with many large windows that bring daylight into every room.

The beautiful 60s detached house is beautifully preserved in the classic style with the yellow bricks, slate roof and topguided windows.

When you enter the front door, you are greeted by a lovely, bright entrance with two large glass panels and a side section with glass. This allows the hallway to be filled with natural light and avoids curious glances by choosing raw glass instead of clear glass.

Quite common for a 60s villa, there are large windows in the living room. The windows provide plenty of light and air and bring the garden right into the living room. The window wall works almost like a painting that changes with the seasons.

From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace and garden through the patio door.

In the dining area, there is plenty of light and plenty of opportunity to look out and enjoy the garden while eating dinner or doing homework at the table.

Another advantage of a 60s villa is that the garden is established and the trees and bushes have grown big and beautiful for many years.

What an oasis to sit and enjoy your afternoon tea on a sunny day or a barbecue all summer.
