About payment

Payment of goods:

When you order goods from SparWindows via credit card or PayPal, the payment takes place through an encrypted and secure payment window through a certified payment provider, PayPal.
You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and PayPal.
PayPal and credit card payments will be debited at the time when the order is placed.    

Solutions to problems

"I cannot pay. The payment window doesn’t appear."
If you cannot access the payment window, there may be a pop-up blocker on your computer or mobile device that prohibits the pop-up of the payment window.
Try holding down the CTRL key whilst clicking on “Confirm Order" – this may solve the problem.

In Internet Explorer you may have a high security setting enabled – try temporarily disabling blocking of pop-up windows in order to solve the problem.
Internet Options > Privacy > Untick “Turn on Pop-up Blocker”.
