Therefore we offer price match. In short, this means: with us, you will always receive your windows and doors in the highest quality at the lowest possible price. If you find the same product at a competitor for a demonstrably lower price with comparable quality, we will match it and make sure you get the best possible offer.

How does price match work in practice?

.To take advantage of our price match, you simply need to provide proof that a cheaper offer exists for your desired product.

Step 1

Create proof for us, for example a screenshot, a PDF, or simply copy the link to the page of the respective offer.

Step 2

Send an email with your proof to our customer service at info@sparwindows.co.uk

We will then review your request and get back to you.

Step 3

If we find your request valid, you will immediately be entitled to our price match and can complete your purchase at the lowest price.

• The comparison products must be exactly the same item. This means dimensions (height x width), material type (wood, wood/aluminium, or uPVC), glazing (double or triple glazing), and design (mullions, fillings, etc.) must be identical.
• The competitor’s price must be valid at the time of purchase and this must be demonstrable.
• The cheaper offer must come from a first seller and not, for example, from auction platforms for resale items.
• The cheaper offer must be found in a English online shop.
• Please note that price match only applies to windows and doors and exclusively to made-to-measure products (not to stock items or standard-sized articles).

• Retrospectively, for orders already placed.
• For prices offered as part of past promotions.
• If the comparison item and cheaper offer are available in a physical store (i.e., not in an online shop).
